Edward Willis "Ed" Shouse (July 10, 1905 – September 14th, 1959) was an American gangster in the Depression-era United States. His notoriety can be traced back to his membership in the Dillinger Gang and his taking part in the Tuesday, September 26th, 1933, Indiana State Prison break, where he, along with nine other convicts, funded by John Dillinger, smuggled guns into the prison and used them to escape.
